Michael helped with the whole process of cleansing a new to me car that had a funk from the previous owners. He walked me through the steps to take before he came and then did his part quickly, cleanly, and we’ll. My car smells great now and I appreciate his diligence. Michael responded to my request in less than 5 minutes. Very rare these days. He told me when he would arrive and was actually a couple of minutes early. A great start. He looked at my car and then showed me what he was going to do and explained in detail the process and the time estimate. He went to work and right about when he said he would be done, he was done. I requested the outside detail. This is the BEST complete outside detail I’ve ever had. I’ve had many over the years. This is a clay wax (not a mini-detail). It is not a cheap detail. Michael takes pride in his work and it is 100% WORTH IT. He comes to you. I did not have to take 4 hours out of my day to get it done. It was completed while I continued to work. I will definitely use Pristine again and have already told several friends and neighbors.

We bought our daughter a used car and realized that the dealer had used a fragrance bomb on it, which gets into the carpets, seats and rest of the interior. I researched various detail companies and decided on Pristine Mobile because they offered the specific service I was looking for and because of the excellent reviews. Michael did a complete interior detail, and the smell is much better now. He was very easy to communicate with, very knowledgable, punctual and did an excellent job.

Friendly, knowledgeable, honest. After a brief exchange of emails, we scheduled his first visit to my house to clean our family’s two cars. After looking at my cars he revised his expected time lower than anticipated. It’s easy to see when chatting with Michael that he loves cars, and really wants his customers to love their cars too. Briefly chatted about some various options for my cars and he was very upfront about everything, even talked me out of a few over the top/low value things that he probably could have charged me an arm and a leg for. He’s found a long-term customer in me.

Michael did an amazing job on our two vehicles. Our cars have never looked so good and are staying cleaner a lot longer in between washes thanks to the ceramic coating he used. I would highly recommend Michael for all of your auto detailing needs!

Did an amazing job, and alerted me to issues with my wheel alignment as well as a rodent problem in my engine bay; glad to have found out about it before they ate a wiring harness! This is my second time using Pristine, and will definitely go with Pristine again in the future.
