We bought our daughter a used car and realized that the dealer had used a fragrance bomb on it, which gets into the carpets, seats and rest of the interior. Michael responded to my request in less than 5 minutes. Very rare these days. He told me when he would arrive and was actually a couple minutes early. A great start. He looked at my car and then showed me what he was going to do and explained in detail the process and the time estimate. He went to work and right about when he said he would be done, he was done. I requested the outside detail. This is the BEST complete outside detail I’ve ever had. I’ve had many over the years. This is a clay wax (not a mini-detail). It is not a cheap detail. Michael takes pride in his work and it is 100% WORTH IT. He comes to you. I did not have to take 4 hours out of my day to get it done. It was completed while I continued to work. Friendly, knowledgeable, honest. After a brief exchange of emails, we scheduled his first visit to my house to clean our family’s two cars. After looking at my cars he revised his expected time lower that anticipated. It’s easy to see when chatting with Michael that he loves cars, and really wants his customers to love their cars too. Briefly chatted about some various options for my cars and he was very up front about everything, even talked me out of a few over the top/low value things that he probably could have charged me an arm and a leg for. I noticed that my paint felt a little “rough” albeit still had some shine to it. Knowing that it most likely required a clay bar application, I contacted Michael. My wife had previously used Michael and I had seen his mobile service in our neighborhood as well. He immediately answered the call, and was at my house within the hour. I had Michael do an exterior detailing, including a wash, clay bar and a ceramic polishing (not sealing… different process). He was extremely professional and I could not be happier with the results.
